Twin will fit a single bed. Dorm sheets are slightly longer.

But twin. Dorm sheets are longer, they are about 6 feet and 8 inches long I believe. So I'd go with the twin.
deff twin i had that problem with the sheets, the dorm aka twin long fit like poo on reg twins (get a bigger bed ;) )
