How to get stains out of white bed sheets with faux suede middle?

My sheets don't have any particular stains in, just the stains from a lot of wear. I have had them about 8 months so they are not that old either.

The stain the pillows is a tan kind of colour where my head lies and the duvet cover is stained on the under side where the feet go and the top side where my shoulders are.

The middle of the duvet has suede so I dont know if I can wash this on a really hot wash? The same with the pillow cases too. The rest is 100% cotton. How to get stains out of white bed sheets with faux suede middle?
If the sheets and cover have ';faux'; suede which is just polyester microfiber, you can wash them normally. A good thing to do is to let them soak about 4 hours with some detergent and oxyclean (all color bleach) before running them on a gentle cycle in the washer. Do not overload the machine. If they need ironing, iron the cotton part normally and for the suede area DECREASE the iron temperature to ';synthetics'; and just lightly pass the iron over the faux suede with the steam on. Try not to press hard on the polyester part. Do NOT use HOT water but warm will be OK.
